Updating client contact details online

New Website Feature – Changing your contact details online

We’ve made it even easier for SUREWiSE clients to update their contact details we hold on file. Keeping us updated with changes to your contact details will help ensure we can reach you when we need to discuss your insurance coverage and will ensure you can continue to benefit from our professional services and advice.

Clients can now request changes to information such as their business name, postal address, website address, phone and fax numbers and you can now specify a primary and secondary contact person with their individual direct contact details.

Simply visit www.surewise.com.au/updatemydetails and complete the details you wish to update.

Any information or requests relating to a change to your insurance policy cannot be accepted or acted upon using the new online form. To request a change to your insurance policy, please contact your Account Manager or contact our office on 1800 273 256.

In order to submit your change request, you will need to provide your unique client code, provide your details and confirm your authorisation and declaration.
